Sales Assistant

Sale Paattinen is looking for a SALES ASSISTANT to join its team! The position is permanent and part-time, 20 hours per week. Work is intended to start as soon as possible according to the agreement. A sales assistant's duties at Sale are diverse and include, among other things, customer service, cashier work, shelving, picking robot orders, as well as general organizing and cleaning. The work is fast-paced and requires the ability to jump from one task to another. The job also includes moments when you work shifts alone, so we require you to be of legal age. Shifts are scheduled according to the store's opening hours on weekdays and weekends between 7:00 and 22:00. You are the sales assistant we are looking for if you enjoy being around people and get a good feeling from making customers feel welcome as soon as they enter the store. You get along naturally with different customers and colleagues, and you have a brisk and proactive approach to work. Together with the team, you ensure that the store is tidy, and you have a desire to learn all the store's tasks. You are excited by varied workdays, tackle tasks boldly, and have the courage to work alone. Previous experience in similar roles is considered an advantage. The sales assistant's salary is based on the retail sector collective agreement. The hourly wage, depending on education and years of experience, is €10.89–14.57/h. In shift work, evening and weekend bonuses provide a nice addition to the basic salary. Additionally, you have the possibility of an incentive bonus, which can be up to €1.20 per hour worked.
