Site Supervisor

This role leads a team at customer sites and is responsible for smooth service delivery, personnel leadership, and collaboration with customers in an international, people‑oriented environment in the facilities sector. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, service business leadership and development, staff management including recruitment and onboarding, shift planning and wellbeing support, customer relationship management and development, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring finances, budgets and resources, driving improvements, reporting key metrics, ensuring safe working conditions, and, if needed, performing cleaning tasks. Required qualifications include suitable education, experience in supervisory work or team guidance (advantageous), experience in real estate or service sectors, strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to motivate and develop a team and lead fairly and consistently, customer‑oriented and solution‑driven approach, capability to plan and develop operations in cost‑efficient ways, readiness to take responsibility for your site’s operations and results, sufficient digital skills to use tools and systems, positive, responsible and goal‑oriented mindset with business‑driven thinking, fluent Finnish and English, driving license and access to a car.
