Production Worker

We are recruiting three production workers for our Tuusula site to assemble Chiller’s cooling and heating equipment modules and sub-assemblies (including compressor, condenser and evaporator modules) and other production tasks. Prior experience with welding is advantageous. If necessary qualifications are not yet held, training and qualification support will be provided. The position is initially a 4–6 month fixed-term assignment with Adecco, with potential for long-term employment on Chiller’s payroll. Work will start quickly in August as suitable candidates are found. Pay in this role follows the technology industry collective agreement (TES). Requirements include a relevant education (vocational/technical from production or engineering or metalworking), several years of similar assembly experience in manufacturing, a proactive and precise work style, teamwork, and basic IT skills. Finnish language fluency is required; a valid occupational safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) is required or will be arranged by the employer.
