Precast Concrete Worker

We are seeking skilled precast concrete workers for our client's element factory. We are looking for professional workers for the manufacture of concrete elements. The role is suitable for individuals with experience specifically in the production of reinforced concrete and facade elements, and a desire to work as part of a professional production team. Tasks include, for example, preparing and assembling molds, reinforcement work, concreting and casting, and other production tasks according to your expertise. Work is performed in a 2-shift system, and the position offers the possibility of long-term employment in a stable production environment. We expect from you: - experience in the manufacture of reinforced concrete and facade elements - ability to read drawings - a careful and quality-oriented approach to work - ability to work both independently and as part of a team - readiness for 2-shift work - a positive attitude and a desire to commit to the work Considered an advantage: - experience in mold, reinforcement, or concreting work - knowledge of crane operation - valid occupational safety card We offer: - long-term employment in a financially stable company - versatile tasks within precast production - a skilled work community and good orientation - the opportunity to further develop your professional skills - salary according to the collective agreement and experience Salary: Salary is determined by your expertise, ranging from 12.75-16.54 €/h.
