About the role
Freelance Business Analyst to support a CRM migration and digital transformation project. They are moving from Salesforce to Dynamics 365 CRM. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing and optimising processes, supporting CRM migration activities, and liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams. Requirements include 5+ years’ Business Analysis experience, CRM migration project experience, digital transformation programme experience, strong stakeholder management, experience in Salesforce or Dynamics CRM, and fluent English with French and/or Dutch advantageous. Start ASAP. Duration 12 months.
