About the Role Qt Group is a Helsinki-listed global software company enabling modern user interfaces across millions of devices worldwide. As the company continues its international growth, Investor Relations plays a central role in shaping how the market understands Qt’s business model, valuation, and long-term potential. As Senior Investor Relations Lead, you will act as a strategic partner to the CFO and leadership team. You will own Qt’s equity story, investor engagement, and market positioning, ensuring a consistent and credible narrative across all capital markets interactions. This role is based in Espoo, Finland. What You’ll Do - Own and develop Qt’s investor relations program, including investor targeting, engagement strategy, and market communication calendar - Shape and continuously refine Qt’s equity story, linking strategy, financial performance, and valuation drivers into a clear market narrative - Lead all investor interactions, including roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and analysts - Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and leadership team on investor sentiment, consensus expectations, and market positioning - Drive preparation of quarterly reporting, Annual Report, capital markets events, and key disclosures - Translate investor and analyst feedback into actionable insights for the management team and Board What You Bring to the Table - Proven experience in investor relations, equity research, or capital markets, ideally in a listed company environment - Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation drivers, and how operating performance translates into equity story - Ability to operate at senior level, influencing CFO and engaging credibly with institutional investors and analysts - Solid grasp of listed company disclosure requirements (Nasdaq Helsinki, EU MAR) and financial reporting principles - Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English - Structured and independent working style, with ability to manage high-pressure reporting cycles Bonus Points For - Experience in a growth or software-driven company - Track record in capital markets transactions or major strategic events - Exposure to ESG / sustainability reporting and CSRD frameworks Are You Our Next Qtie?
