
As a Logistics Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the logistics and warehouse operations at a client’s site. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials in compliance with site policies and procedures. This role requires a proactive approach to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Explore your tasks and responsibilities - Execute all logistics and warehouse tasks in accordance with training, procedures, and site expectations. - Perform material picking, inspection, transportation, and storage, including verification of specialty materials against Certificates of Analysis/Conformance. - Manage the collection and preparation of empty containers for third-party collection. - Support third-party drivers on-site to ensure compliance with site policies. - Quarantine and escalate any materials that fail incoming inspection. - Other duties as assigned. Show your expertise - Education: High School or GED - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a maintenance or technical role preferred. - Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a forklift license. - Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and vendors. - Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Preferred: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with ERP systems is advantageous (training provided).
