Suomen Tulkkauspalvelu is a company providing interpreting and translation services. We serve businesses, the public sector and private clients. Due to growing demand, we are looking for skilled Newari interpreters. Duties You will work as an interpreter between Finnish and Newari in various customer-service, business and official-authority situations. Interpreting assignments are carried out in person, by telephone or remotely. Requirements - Excellent command of Finnish and Newari - Compliance with the professional ethics of interpreters and the duty of confidentiality - Reliability and flexibility with schedules Considered an advantage - Experience in legal, healthcare or official-authority interpreting - An interpreter qualification, for example a vocational qualification in community interpreting or a university of applied sciences or university degree in interpreting - Membership in the Register of Legal Interpreters - Knowledge of other languages We offer Freelance assignments, flexible working hours, varied tasks, support and orientation. Compensation is hourly.
