
RBM and Programme Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Details
Responsibilities
- Provide RBM quality assurance advice to strengthen results-based management and learning culture in the CO
- Ensure compliance with internal control framework across all stages of design, implementation, and closure
- Set/review SOPs and processes for quality formulation and oversight
- Coordinate feedback to monitoring and evaluation exercises
- Contribute to project design, pre-appraisal and QA reviews of draft documents
- Carry out oversight reviews of projects and assess documentation
- Act as Evaluation Focal Point for evaluations and lessons learned
- Advise on tools for planning, monitoring and reporting per donor requirements
- Support application of Programme Quality Standards
- Integrate gender equality and human rights aspects in programming
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, International Development, Public Administration, or related fields
- Or a first-level university degree with an additional two years of qualifying experience
