Production Worker

Our client company manufactures demanding machined parts and provides contract manufacturing for international machinery and equipment manufacturers. Their customer base consists of high-tech companies whose products are high-quality pioneers in their field. Due to increased needs, we are now looking for new energetic and proactive metal industry specialists for part replacement / CNC machining for a long-term employment relationship in Salo. JOB DESCRIPTION Tasks are shaped according to the worker's skills, but initially, the duties primarily involve part replacement, quality assurance, and part measurement. Work is performed in a continuous 3-shift rotation. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU You are the person we are looking for if you have strong work motivation, previous experience in production tasks, and are ready to learn new things. You should be a hardworking and conscientious employee who can also work as part of a team. Previous experience or education in the metal industry is considered an advantage. Machinist training and previous experience are certainly a big plus, but attitude is the deciding factor! Fluent Finnish language skills are absolute. OTHER In this position, there is a possibility of long-term employment with the client company after a 6-month staffing agency contract.
