Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for flexible, gig-available waitstaff for event-based work. No prior restaurant experience required, but shifts may occur at large events requiring a brisk, smooth work attitude. Tasks may include serving food from a buffet, maintaining the buffet area, plate service, pouring drinks, and keeping the area clean. You will be working under pressure, so we expect you to perform with a positive and cheerful attitude even in busy or difficult situations. Requirements include: 18 years of age, fluent Finnish, cheerful customer service, hygiene certification, genuine interest in high-quality customer service, ability to work independently, fast and energetic work pace, and previous restaurant experience. We offer: hourly wage between €13.70 and €15.04 according to the Travel, Restaurant and Leisure Services Collective Labour Agreement, a friendly and professional team, and a designated Worker contact person who is accessible for all employment-related matters.
