Kitchen Shift Supervisor – Deliberi Jumbo, Vantaa We are looking for a skilled and energetic Kitchen Shift Supervisor for a permanent, full-time position at Deliberi Jumbo. The work will begin in August, no later than 15 August 2026. Deliberi is a relaxed, high-quality restaurant concept serving uncomplicated yet carefully prepared seasonal food, beautifully presented on the plate. At our Jumbo restaurant, a lively shopping-centre environment is combined with a warm team spirit, where every employee and every successful shift plays an important role. As a Kitchen Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of your shift, guiding the kitchen team, and ensuring that food quality, pace of work and the overall customer experience remain at a high level—even during busy periods. What we expect from you * Previous experience of kitchen shift supervision or a similar role with responsibility * Strong à la carte kitchen skills * Ability to lead and support a team in an encouraging way * Good ability to work under pressure and an organised approach to work * Understanding of ingredient quality, waste management and self-monitoring procedures * Fluent Finnish or English language skills We especially value a positive attitude, initiative and an efficient working style.
