Responsibilities Include: Maintain and improve local/on-premises infrastructure. Manage Linux servers, virtual machines, networking, storage, and related infrastructure. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployments. Automate server provisioning, configuration, deployments, and repetitive operational tasks. Manage containerized applications and services using Docker. Maintain development, testing, staging, and production environments. - Experience in a DevOps, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration
- Hands-on experience managing on-premises or self-hosted infrastructure
- Good understanding of networking, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls, routing, and VPNs
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, KVM, or similar
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Experience with Git and modern software development workflows
- Ability to automate tasks using Bash, Python, Go, or similar languages
- Experience with infrastructure automation or configuration management tools such as Ansible or Terraform
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems
- Understanding of backups, disaster recovery, security, and infrastructure lifecycle management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
