The Regional Fleet Expert role is based in Sydney, serving the APAC region. You’ll be the central point of contact for Indie Campers vehicles in your region, focusing on fleet performance and cost efficiency. You’ll document mechanical, body, and electrical issues to promote regional autonomy in repairs, develop SOPs for damage identification and approvals, and train regional teams. You’ll work with the Asset Strategy Director and cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a mechanical/engineering background, 2-4 years of cost-estimation or repair-quote experience, and fluent English.
