CNC Machine Operator

CNC machinists for industrial tasks – Katsa Oy. We are seeking a skilled CNC machinist for our client Katsa Oy to strengthen the growing production team. The company operates in demanding industry and manufactures customized power transmission solutions for international markets. You will work in a modern machine shop environment with emphasis on quality, safety, and continuous development. To succeed in the role you need experience in CNC machining, be proactive and solution-oriented, have a willingness to learn and develop your skills, be able to work in a team and with multiple machines, and be available to work night shifts. Responsibilities include turning and milling on CNC grinding machines and lathes, setting up machines and programs and developing them, continuous improvement of your own work quality and efficiency, and performing measurements and quality assurance with various measuring tools.
