Plate Welder / Fabricator

Plate Welder / Fabricator – Permanent Position in Kiuruvesi, Finland. We are looking for a skilled Plate Welder / Fabricator for our client in Kiuruvesi, Finland. Our client is a well-established manufacturing company producing high-quality components and parts for the mining industry. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering long-term employment in a modern workshop environment. Main Responsibilities: fabrication and plate work; MIG/MAG welding; working with thick steel plates and heavy components; manufacturing and welding parts weighing between 50 kg and 2,000 kg; reading and following technical drawings. The work is currently performed in a single-shift system; however, applicants must be willing to work in a two-shift system if required in the future. Requirements: vocational education in metalwork/welding and/or relevant work experience; MIG/MAG welding experience; strong fabrication and plate-working skills; ability to work independently; valid welding certificates are considered a strong advantage. Language: The working language may be Finnish, English; in some cases Russian. English or Finnish proficiency is advantageous for daily communication with supervisors.
