Salary is according to the retail sector's TES requirement class C: - €13.63/h–€15.68/h depending on years of experience - Evening supplement after 6 PM: €4.00 - Saturday supplement after 1 PM: €5.27/h - Work performed on Sunday is paid at double rate In addition, we pay a supervisor supplement according to the team leaders' reward guidelines. We are looking for a team leader who thrives in a role requiring holistic thinking, flexibility, creativity, and strong collaboration skills. We expect enthusiasm for sales work and a genuine interest in serving customers. You have commercial expertise, master modern IT tools, and have an open attitude toward learning. Additionally, you can serve our customers fluently in Finnish, and proficiency in English is an advantage. As a team leader at Suomalainen Kirjakauppa, your most important task, in addition to sales work, is to spar with and guide your professional store team and ensure the smoothness of the store's daily operations. You will receive support from your colleagues and operate as part of a team led by a store manager responsible for several locations. As a team leader, you are also a member of the store team's steering group and act as a deputy for the store manager when necessary. Shifts are scheduled according to store opening hours on both weekdays and weekends. We use a working time equalization system, so weekly hours may vary. Work in the store is done together as a team, as well as in situations where you are independently responsible for store operations.
