Service Manager

PTS Autohuolto is a modern auto repair shop known for high-quality workmanship, demanding fault diagnostics, and a genuine desire to do things better. Our specializations are BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda, and Seat vehicles, but we also perform basic maintenance and repair work for other vehicle brands. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily work management and customer service of the repair shop. Your day consists of: - receiving and scheduling work - advising customers and providing cost estimates - organizing the work of the technicians - coordinating spare parts - ensuring the quality of work - managing the smooth daily operations of the repair shop What do we expect from you? You have experience in auto repair shop work management or a strong technical background in vehicle maintenance. We especially value: - Experience using FuturSoft and other repair shop systems. - Fluent oral and written Finnish skills, as well as basic English skills for customer service situations. - A customer-oriented, solution-focused, and systematic approach to work. - The ability to lead daily repair shop operations and organize multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong technical expertise and an understanding of vehicle diagnostics. - A desire to develop operations and be part of building an even better customer experience.
