Industrial Painter / Powder Coater for Kurikka We are looking for two people to work with powder coating for our client company in Kurikka. Recruitment is carried out in cooperation between the client company and Wulff Works, but applications and potential contacts are handled by Wulff Works to concentrate the workload. The employment is permanent and full-time. We are looking for a person with an excellent attitude towards work. The work is in 2-shift rotation, where the morning shift is Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 and the evening shift is Monday to Thursday 14:00-00:00, with Friday off. As a powder coater, you are responsible for the surface treatment and painting of metal parts. Your duties include painting preparation, executing the painting process, and quality control. Previous experience in similar tasks, readiness for physical shift work, a minimum age of 18, and fluent Finnish language skills are considered an advantage. Our client company will provide orientation for the tasks. Remuneration follows the technology industry collective agreement (TES); the job demand group for this position is 7, and there is a personal salary supplement of at least 6 percent, resulting in at least 15.01 €/h. Additionally, our client company has a productivity bonus system in place. Work starts on a fast schedule as soon as a suitable person is found. We offer a mature and full-time workplace at our respected client company. Remuneration: 15.01 €/h is your minimum starting salary. The average hourly earnings, including evening supplements and potential productivity bonuses, are over 16 €/h.
