Job Description As the Floor Shift Manager, you are an important part of the restaurant's operations and are responsible for daily customer service and the quality of service. You participate in daily operations as support for the restaurant manager and know how to lead the shift by your own example. In addition, you are also responsible for some administrative tasks, such as order management, settlements and inventories. We expect from you - You have flexibility and the ability to react quickly to changing situations - Ability to ensure an excellent customer experience - You have previous experience in à la carte service - You are not deterred by the small things and have a twinkle in your eye Salary and working hours The position is permanent 90 h/3 weeks. Work begins as agreed during August-September 2026 and the employment relationship is concluded directly with Restel Ravintolat Oy. Work is also done in other Restel Restaurant units as needed.
