We work daily in small groups with movement, crafts, music, stories, and play. There are plenty of spaces enabling small-group activities and calm play moments. In our gym, children practice movement in various ways — bouncing, climbing, jumping on a trampoline, and balance on a obstacle course. Each group goes on weekly excursions to nearby forests or playgrounds. On trips we practice safe pedestrian behavior, observe seasonal changes, enjoy nature, and play and move in varied terrain. We go outside daily in all weather and emphasize the joy of movement across groups, especially during afternoon outdoor times. During meals, we ensure calm and pleasant shared eating moments. After lunch, children have nap areas or quiet activities depending on the child’s needs and family wishes. In nap time children sleep; in quiet time they rest with stories or songs and engage in calm activities. We value open collaboration with children and families. In addition to daily encounters, we share weekly updates via the TouGo app about group life and upcoming events, and we share photos of important moments with families. TouGo also enables quick communication about urgent everyday matters. We believe open and respectful interaction is the key to a safe and happy kindergarten day. Your role as a kindergarten teacher is to be the pedagogical leader and a facilitator for your team. You will take responsibility for planning your group’s activities and the high-quality vasu process aligned with Touhula’s pedagogical yearly plan using Touhula Rhythm. Your core tasks include: Pedagogical leadership: responsible for daily pedagogy, small-group activities, and safe, diverse learning environments. Individual support: plan and evaluate support measures in collaboration with multi-professional networks. Customer experience: ensure high-quality customer communications and a positive atmosphere that reaches families. Team support: develop inclusive feedback culture and support colleagues in pedagogical work by leveraging team strengths. We will take care of you. Final compensation depends on years of experience and any specialist pay supplements.
