Tutor and Internationalisation Specialist

Tamko, the student union of TAMK, is looking for a Tutor and Internationalisation Specialist. The role involves coordinating TAMK student tutoring activities, organizing tutor trainings, planning and executing orientation days for new students, and participating in TAMK working groups and stakeholder engagement. The position includes some member services. Requirements include higher education studies, good communication skills, experience in student organizations, fluent Finnish and English, and ability to understand broad concepts. Desirable: familiarity with polytechnic education, tutoring/peer guidance in higher education, training or facilitation experience, and communicative skills. The offer includes a friendly and flexible work environment, with a starting salary of 2200 €/month plus TES allowances. Working hours are typically 8:00–17:00, with occasional evenings or weekends; some remote work is possible about once a week.
