Occupational Physiotherapist

In occupational health services, the best results are achieved through teamwork and active cooperation with client companies. We expect you to have: - Physiotherapy education. A qualification in occupational health or previous experience working as an occupational physiotherapist in occupational health services is considered an advantage. - A comprehensive understanding of promoting occupational physiotherapy and well-being at work as support for preventive occupational healthcare. - Experience working with people with musculoskeletal symptoms and with working-age people. Additional training in direct access consultations is considered an advantage. - Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work successfully with clients. - A genuinely client-oriented approach, enthusiasm for supporting well-being at work, and an interest in developing your own work. - Good IT skills and the ability to understand and analyse client-related data. - A development-oriented mindset, the ability to work in a changing environment, a positive attitude and natural curiosity about new things. - Good Finnish, Swedish and English skills.
