In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing faults in electrical systems, maintenance and space modifications at our customer sites across the Southwest Finland region. You will work on interesting and varied assignments where you can continue developing your professional skills and influence your work. As a professional, you can work independently within your area of responsibility, while a team of professionals from different fields supports you. We help one another and develop operations together across team boundaries. Your shifts are generally on weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30 (40 hours per week). We expect the selected candidate to be prepared for on-call duty. This is a permanent employment relationship, and the work begins by agreement. The role pays at least the salary specified in the Electrical Installation Industry collective agreement, depending on experience (€18.93–€19.99/hour), as well as any working-time supplements according to hours worked and a possible vocational qualification supplement based on the qualification completed. What we expect from you: electrician training and at least three years of previous work experience in the field; a category B driving licence suitable for driving a manual-transmission car. The possibility of using your own car is an advantage. You should have professional cards required for the role, such as first aid, SFS 6002 and an occupational safety card. Training can be arranged if needed. You must have fluent spoken and written Finnish. We expect commitment to safe working practices, as safety is how ISS works; an initiative-taking and accurate approach to work; problem-solving ability; and excellent customer service skills, enabling you to organise work together with the customer and your team. Previous experience in fire and security technology or building automation is an advantage. You must have a clean background. Employment is conditional on passing a basic security clearance to verify reliability under the Security Clearance Act (726/2014). Skilled professionals are needed in important places.
