Practical Nurse

A full-time, permanent position for a practical nurse working in home care in Mänttä. The role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in the client’s home according to the care plan, supporting meaningful and person-centered daily life and participation. Work is carried out in a multi-professional, supportive team.
