Practical Nurse

In the resource pool, you will ensure the availability of trained staff in residential units during absences and make an important contribution to the clients' daily lives. Your Role The purpose of the resource pool is to ensure the availability of trained staff in residential units during staff absences. You will work according to your own shift plan in various units in the Kaarina - Lieto - Paimio - Parainen - Sauvo or Turku regions, based on the needs of the units. Your duties include the tasks of a practical nurse in 24-hour assisted living, rehabilitative short-term care units, community living units, and assessment and rehabilitation units. You will receive comprehensive orientation to all units where you work. For this position, you need good Finnish language skills, a driver's license, and access to your own car. A valid LOVe medication permit, Swedish language skills, and good IT skills are considered an advantage. Eligibility requirements include a vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) or a previous school-level degree in the field, as well as valid registration in the JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
