About the role

Registered Nurse for the Ankkuri team - come to Oma Häme to do impactful work with young people. We are looking for a registered nurse for the Ankkuri team in the Forssa region. The employment is part-time (60% working hours) and fixed-term until June 30, 2027. Ankkuri operations are based on multidisciplinary cooperation combining expertise from social and health care and the police. The purpose of Ankkuri is early intervention in criminal behavior among minors, promoting the well-being of young people, and assessing the overall life situation and need for assistance of the young client and their family. We offer you a multidisciplinary, competent, and encouraging work community as well as interesting and meaningful work in promoting the well-being of young people. In your work, you will be able to utilize your own expertise extensively. In your role, you will assess the need for health support and care for young people, especially in situations related to mental health and substance abuse, work with young people and their families in short-term support and guidance processes, and participate in multidisciplinary Ankkuri meetings. Your work includes close network cooperation. The work is primarily during office hours, but occasionally you will participate in outreach activities, which may occur in the evenings, at night, and on weekends. Eligibility requires a legal qualification as a registered nurse in accordance with the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994). We value the ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary cooperation, experience and interest in youth mental health and substance abuse work, as well as good interaction and cooperation skills. The position-specific salary for 100% working hours is €3,013.17/month. The available position is for 60% working hours. In addition to the position-specific salary, we pay an experience-based supplement ranging from 0% to 8%. The accumulation of vacation days is determined based on length of service. Applications must be submitted through the Kuntarekry system by the end of the application period. Those working with children must present a criminal record extract as referred to in Section 6.2 of the Criminal Records Act (770/1993) in accordance with Section 3 of the Act on the Verification of Criminal Backgrounds (504/2002) before starting work. The position also requires a security clearance. Salary and other terms of employment are determined according to the SOTE agreement. The probationary period is five months. Immediate patient and client work requires vaccination protection as required by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act and a respiratory tuberculosis clearance according to Section 55.
