Vantaa City is seeking an active and courageous school assistant for the disabled education and demanding special education team at Ilola School. The role involves supporting and assisting students in all daily activities, including washing, dining, school transport, and potential care procedures. The work is physically demanding and requires a willingness to work with children. The assistant must be able to communicate using alternative methods, such as sign language and various communication aids. Close cooperation with guardians and rehabilitative authorities is required. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the assistant supports students' growth, development, and learning. Working hours are weekdays between 7:15 AM and 4:15 PM, and work is also performed during school holidays in holiday activities.   • Valid criminal record extract
