We are looking for a GTM Automation Specialist to join our team in Dublin or Helsinki. You will own the full AI agent program for sales and pipeline processes, designing business logic, evaluating AI tools, and collaborating with engineers. You will act as a strategic partner to Sales, RevOps, and SDR leadership, translating operational needs into agent architecture decisions. Responsibilities include designing and owning business logic, leading the agent roadmap, evaluating new AI tools, reviewing agent performance, and collaborating on deployment. Candidates should have experience owning automation or AI systems in a GTM environment, deep knowledge of B2B SaaS sales processes, hands-on experience evaluating AI tools, practical knowledge of LLMs and agentic AI, stakeholder management skills, and comfort with ambiguity.
