About the role

This is a remote position. We're on a mission to become the category leader for Reality Driven Intelligence. Construction is a $7 trillion industry and we're the ground truth layer — cameras, drones, 360° capture, turned into intelligence that flows into the workflows of the world's largest construction sites. We're ~€10m, growing efficiently, and heading for Series B in 2026. This role sits at the centre of that. The role You're the financial intelligence layer of the company — partnering across the org, owning the numbers that shape real decisions, and helping us raise our Series B from the inside. Reports to CFO · Works closely with CEO · Competitive salary (varies by ability, experience and location) Suitable backgrounds include: - Investment Banking - Chief of Staff - Finance Business Partner - Start-up / Scale-up finance What you'll be doing The role would vary but responsibilities expected to include: Finance ‘Business Partner’ for the rest of the Org - Lead Finance-driven projects that require cross-department work - e.g. the annual budget - Work with MDs on BU planning - Work with HR on ESOP valuations - Work with Ops on Hardware Pricing/Margin - Assess ad-hoc opportunities such as M&A Financial Modelling - Short-term forecasts - Cash flow forecasts - Annual Budget (Business Unit Driven) - Fundraising Model & Cap Table w/ scenario analysis (Series-B) Financial Reporting - Stakeholder Comms & Management Information packs - Board pack for bi-monthly meetings - Help design dashboards and reporting for internal use Series-B Support - Track Prospective investors in CRM - Support analysis and preparation of materials (Data Room, Models, Metrics, etc.) Requirements - 5–8+ years in investment banking, FP&A, finance business partnering, or Chief of Staff with strong finance background - Proven experience building complex financial models — forecasts, budgets, cap tables, scenario analysis - Has supported a fundraising process (Series A, B or equivalent) — strong plus - Start-up or scale-up experience; you know how to operate lean and move fast - AI-fluent — you use it actively in your work, not as a talking point - Analytical, high-energy and proactive — you see what needs to happen and move without being asked - A genuine team player — you make the people around you better and take pride in that - Curious and always improving — you experiment, adopt new tools, and push for better ways of doing things

Responsibilities

  • Act as Finance Business Partner for the organization
  • Lead finance-driven cross-departmental projects, including the annual budget
  • Collaborate with Managing Directors on business unit planning
  • Work with HR on ESOP valuations
  • Work with Operations on hardware pricing and margins
  • Assess ad-hoc opportunities such as M&A
  • Develop short-term and cash flow forecasts
  • Create annual budgets and fundraising models with scenario analysis for Series B
  • Prepare stakeholder communications, management information packs, and board packs
  • Design internal dashboards and reporting
  • Track prospective investors in CRM
  • Prepare data room materials, models, and metrics for Series B

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in investment banking, FP&A, finance business partnering, or Chief of Staff with strong finance background
  • Proven experience building complex financial models — forecasts, budgets, cap tables, scenario analysis
  • Experience supporting a fundraising process (Series A, B or equivalent) is a strong plus
  • Start-up or scale-up experience
  • AI-fluent and active user of AI in work
  • Analytical, high-energy and proactive
  • Genuine team player
