We provide a wide range of activities, high quality accommodation solutions, and personalized service for both international visitors and domestic travelers. Working closely with local tourism operators, we create memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression. As a growing company, we are driven by local expertise, quality services, and a commitment to exceptional customer care. We are looking for energetic and professional Activity Guides for the upcoming winter season in Lapland for our client company Rovaniemi Insider. While the work is mainly based in Rovaniemi and other parts of Finnish Lapland, your duties may also take you across the borders into Sweden and Norway. As a guide, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for international guests. The work is highly varied and includes shifts at all times of the day & night and 7 days a week. Our Collective Agreement for the Hotel, Restaurant and Leisure Industry. Contract is a fixed-term contract for the winter season. We Offer: * A unique work experience in the stunning landscapes of Lapland within an international atmosphere. * Flexible contract periods: from the beginning of November until the end of March, or from the beginning of December until mid-January. * The possibility of affordable accommodation arranged through the company (350–680 €/month). * Continuous support from Aalto Henkilöstöpalvelut throughout your employment. We Appreciate: * Language skills: Fluent English is a mandatory requirement. Skills in Spanish, Italian, French, or Chinese are considered a major advantage. * Mobility: A valid drivers license is essential for fulfilling the duties of this role. * Attitude and skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently even in challenging conditions. * Assets: A valid First Aid certificate, Hygiene and Alcohol Passports, as well as skills in photography and image editing are considered an advantage.
