Practical Nurse

Tammela home care is located right next to the center of Tampere with excellent transport connections. Our area is divided into two nursing teams, within which a primary nurse model is implemented. The goal of home care is to support the client in living in their own home for as long as possible. As a practical nurse in home care, you will provide high-quality nursing care with a rehabilitative approach in the client's own home. Your work is versatile, responsible, and people-oriented care work. Your work is independent and mobile, and your workdays are varied. We use the latest nursing technology, including picture phones and medication dispensers. What do we offer you? The employer also provides coffee and tea. What we expect from you: You are a qualified practical nurse or basic care nurse (social care). You have successfully completed the LOVe medication management online tests. If necessary, you can update your medication management skills at the beginning of the employment. Interest and/or experience in working with elderly people and in home care. Ability to operate in changing situations and interest in developing your own work. Initiative and a positive attitude towards technology. Good interaction and teamwork skills, a client-oriented mindset, and a flexible and open attitude. A desire to learn new things and good interpersonal skills are a good foundation for working in home care. We will agree on the start date of the permanent position with you. The probationary period for the position is six months. The working time is full-time, averaging 38 h 15 min/week, working in morning and evening shifts. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Section 6, subsection 4 of the Criminal Records Act before the start of employment.
