Shifts are arranged according to client needs. We consider your preferences and aim to find assignments with good accessibility. We also aim to provide longer‑term familiar clients. We seek someone with prior experience in assistance, who can work independently, and who has experience with assistive devices. Personal assistance is confidential and requires respectful and understanding interaction in the client’s home. Tasks include daily support and may include physically demanding duties such as aiding in shower, toilet and transfers. Good ergonomics and wellbeing of both client and helper are valued. Reliability and long‑term commitment are appreciated. The role requires working in the client’s home; you become part of their daily life. Salary is according to the private social services collective agreement G16A, hourly 13.20–14.51 €/h depending on experience; 0v 13.20 €, 5v 13.64 €, 8v 14.07 €, 11v 14.31 €. Evening +15%, night +40%, Saturday +25%, Sunday/holiday +100% supplements. In on‑call arrangement, holiday pay of 9% is paid.
