We are SOS-Lapsikylä, a child rights organization. We are seeking a preventive work facilitator for the Turku region to work in a permanent position. The role focuses on implementing and developing preventive work within the region in collaboration with the regional preventive work team. Responsibilities include coordinating and guiding SOS-Chillaamo groups and activities across various environments, contributing to development, planning and implementation of existing preventive activities, and participating in network work and events locally. The ideal candidate is a compassionate advocate for children's rights, with relevant social, youth, or education AMK-level training and experience working with youth. Experience guiding volunteers is an advantage. The person should be capable of working independently, in multicultural contexts, and in dynamic situations, with strong interpersonal skills. The position may require driving. We offer a diversified and responsible role in a child protection NGO, a flexible hybrid work model, and training via our digital learning environment. The organization follows the TES terms of the social-sector organizations. Work hours are 37.5 hours per week with monthly pay roughly between €2,546.91 and €2,903.48 depending on experience.
