Property Maintenance Worker Hello, you! We are looking for a property maintenance worker for our client in the Oulu region. What is the role about? We are seeking a responsible and proactive property maintenance worker for a permanent position, primarily in the Oulu and Muhos areas. On offer is a versatile role where you will work with the maintenance and upkeep of both residential and hospital properties. The work consists of daily maintenance and upkeep tasks as well as ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the properties. You will work at various sites in the Oulu and Muhos regions, and your duties will include, among other things, monthly testing of fire alarm and sprinkler systems, as well as other property maintenance tasks. The job also includes outdoor area maintenance, such as lawn mowing and snow plowing. You will operate in a responsible role, so we especially value a thorough, reliable, and proactive approach to work. Work is primarily carried out on weekdays from Monday to Friday. What do we expect from you? We expect a professional qualification suitable for the position. A basic degree alone is not sufficient for this role, as the work requires strong professional expertise and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in property maintenance tasks is important for success in the position. The job requires occupational safety, hot work, and plant protection cards, as well as a clean background. We offer a permanent employment contract in versatile property maintenance tasks. The salary is determined according to salary class 7 of the property services industry collective agreement.
