
Operations and Maintenance Manager

You have overall responsibility for the plants within the Hälsingland operational area and are responsible for their long-term development in terms of capacity, operational reliability, and efficiency.</span></p><p><span>You lead the operation through an engaged and present leadership where the focus is on developing both employees and working methods. By analyzing the operation, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving development initiatives together with the team, you ensure that the plants reach their full potential.</span></p><p><span>In the role, you are responsible for creating good results in economy, work environment, and environment, as well as contributing to a culture characterized by safety, collaboration, and continuous improvements.</span></p><h2><span>Your main responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Lead, coach, and develop Operations and Maintenance Leaders and support Operations and Maintenance Technicians within the operational area.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be responsible for development, goal, and salary discussions for employees within your area of responsibility.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure safe and efficient operation and optimize the performance of production plants.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive improvement work and develop routines and working methods according to the principle of continuous improvements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be responsible for maintenance planning on both a short and long term basis.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure compliance with EHS policies and work actively with work environment and environmental issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have budget responsibility and follow up on the operation's results and goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to the implementation of common processes and working methods.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be responsible for short-term fuel planning and ensure optimization based on long-term plans.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span>Who are you?</span></h2><p><span>We are looking for you who are a secure and engaging leader with the ability to create structure, clarity, and participation. Requirements
