The Industrial Union is looking for an assistant for the organizational activities unit. We are seeking a skilled, capable, and resourceful assistant to join our organizational activities team. Our assistant ensures the smooth operation of our unit and daily activities: - Responsible for matters related to the unit's finances, administration, and event organization. - Handles technical tasks, services, and advice. - Actively participates in planning, supporting, and developing our communication. - Maintains and develops our campaign and reporting systems. The ideal candidate is flexible, eager to develop, proactive, and positive, with excellent computer skills, especially in Excel. Proficiency in English is also required. Additional language skills are considered an advantage. The organizational activities unit assistant works at the Central Office of the Industrial Union in Helsinki.
