Service Manager

We are seeking an electrical service manager for our property services in a permanent position. As a service manager, you will combine technical expertise, supervisory work, and account development. You will be responsible for the work management and quotation calculations for electrical and security technology maintenance for our clients. Your daily work is diverse: you will manage both hourly small jobs and larger project entities. You will act as the immediate supervisor for installers, support your team's success, and ensure that work progresses smoothly, with quality and a customer-oriented approach. Additionally, you will develop accounts and identify opportunities to grow cooperation. In our property services, your work is visible in our customers' everyday lives in a concrete way. We take care of, among other things, the building services maintenance and upkeep of shopping centers, hotels, and office properties. Our goal is to ensure the operational reliability, energy efficiency, and good conditions of the properties for their users. You may be the expert we are looking for if you have: - a technical education suitable for the position, such as a degree in electrical engineering or as an electrical technician - at least two years of experience in similar roles - S1 or S2 electrical qualification or the readiness to acquire the qualification - experience in quotation calculation - experience in supervisory work or people management - experience in fire safety maintenance, which is considered an advantage You will succeed in this role if you are a goal-oriented, collaborative, and encouraging supervisor who moves things forward together with the team. You work independently, plan your activities carefully, and keep overall operations under control even in changing situations.
