At Dinolift, the welding supervisor is responsible for shop manufacturing, including welding and machining daily operations. You also support contract manufacturing quotation calculations. Your role centers on production flow, delivery reliability, safety, and personnel supervision and leadership. The role combines hands-on supervision with people management and continuous production development. You also oversee technical, quality, and standard requirements of welding activities and ensure they are implemented in daily production. You lead and instruct welders, ensure qualifications and their maintenance, and oversee welding procedure tests. The broad scope also includes guiding welding suppliers, monitoring production technology development and identifying opportunities, and participating in procurement and commissioning of production equipment. You also collaborate closely with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. There are currently 30 staff in welding and machining. We value IWS/IWE qualifications as evidence of welding expertise. We follow ISO 3834 in welding and design, and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 across the plant. Salary is determined by expertise and monthly pay is around 3500–4500 EUR.
