Production Worker

Production worker in a metal industry contract manufacturing setting. Tasks include handling metal components, assembling parts, operating machines, and other production steps depending on experience. A thorough orientation will help you settle into daily production. We expect a proactive, self-motivated, and careful attitude, willingness for physical work, and ability to perform routine tasks accurately. Prior experience in metal production or related training is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are more important. Shift readiness, as work may involve two shifts. Basic Finnish language skills are required for safety and smooth teamwork.
