We always tailor our services into a comprehensive package suitable for the customer, but we also provide assistance for individual expert tasks._ **_sitema.fi_** **Sitema is growing and is now looking for an ELECTRICAL GRID DESIGNER / LEAD DESIGNER!** In this role, you will help build a more sustainable and reliable electrical system as part of our expert team in an internationalizing market! **Key Responsibilities** - Defining technical solutions for electrical grid transmission line projects, supporting the project design team's work, and ensuring a high-quality design overall - Responsibility for the technical content of the project entity and the quality of the plans - Participation in tender calculations and the preparation of project schedules - Adhering to agreed schedules in cooperation with project managers - Ensuring the quality of materials sent to the customer - Acting as a project manager or their deputy as agreed - Ability to work in a group and guide design work - Acquiring new customers together with sales and marketing **Requirements** - Previous experience in the design, permitting, and/or construction of electricity transmission projects in the 0.4 - 400 kV voltage range, with an emphasis on the 110-400 kV range - Good collaboration skills, operating smoothly in the customer interface - Ability to manage overall entities and prioritize - Sufficiently precise and systematic **Seize the Opportunity!** - At Sitema, responsibility and freedom combine – we trust our experts and provide space for independent work.
