Carpenter

We are seeking a versatile carpenter for Rakennax & Asennax Oy for Orivesi and surrounding municipalities. You should handle renovation construction from groundwork to roof work. The more multi-skilled you are, the better for us. The focus is on exterior construction, but indoor work will also be part of the job. You should be able to perform roofing work if needed, and experience with operating machines is a plus. Future work sites are located in the Orivesi area and neighboring municipalities. We hope applicants have work experience and a track record of successful projects. An education in the field is an asset, but practical skills and craftsmanship are valued by the client. The job requires a valid occupational safety card, which we hope you already have. In the end, professionalism and proactive work attitude matter; supervisors and colleagues are professionals in the field with whom the work goes smoothly. The employment is a permanent contract, with year-round work. Work can start promptly once a suitable person is found. The recruitment is handled by ATA Henkilöstöpalvelut, with a goal to transition to the client’s payroll after 6 months of work. We are also interested in entrepreneurs (toiminimiyrittäjät). The pay range for the role is about 16–20 €/h depending on your skills and experience; please include your salary expectation in the application. The construction industry collective agreement is in use. Payday is on Fridays of even weeks. Employees are equipped with quality and appropriate gear.
