Hello you cheerful and active job seeker! We are now looking for personal assistants to serve our customers in Rovaniemi. The work is part-time and suits people in many different life situations: you could be a retiree, a student, a healthcare professional, or something in between. The requirement level of the tasks varies according to our customers' needs. However, no training is required for assisting with daily chores and companionship, but rather a brisk attitude and healthy common sense. We also offer a good orientation to the task. We are a responsible employer and all our employees are in an employment relationship. You will normally accumulate a pension in your work, in addition to which we pay your unemployment insurance contributions for you. You are naturally also entitled to holiday compensation and are insured by the employer. The same assistant or care team always visits the customer at standard times, which means that the work is not actually gig work, but you must be able to commit to the visits for the long term. However, you can influence the amount of your working hours and, if you wish, you can have either one customer or your working week can be built from assisting several customers. The work is unhurried and you do not have to move from one customer to another during the same shift. Salary is determined according to the demandingness of the task and is €12.79–18.00/h, in addition to which supplements according to the collective agreement of the private social service sector are paid.
