We are hiring SOC Developers / Engineers to join Accenture Security’s Detection and Response team in Helsinki. You may be looking for the next step in your cybersecurity career or may already be highly experienced. In this role, you will develop and maintain SOC solutions for our clients and our own security operations centre. Your workdays may include integrating new data sources, building detections, developing automations, and solving technical problems together with clients and the rest of the team. AI tools will also be part of your work, and you will help develop how our clients use AI in their SOC operations. In your work, you will, for example: - Develop SIEM, SOAR, EDR and XDR solutions. - Build detections, analytics rules and threat-hunting content. - Connect new data sources and security products to SOC environments. - Develop automations, API integrations and SOC processes. - Use AI tools in your work and develop clients’ AI capabilities. - Solve technical problems and participate in client consulting. - Develop Accenture’s SOC services and shared ways of working. Technologies used in the work include Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Security Copilot, KQL, PowerShell and Python, as well as security solutions in Azure, AWS and GCP environments. The list is indicative. Microsoft experience is useful in this role, but we also value experience with other comparable technologies. What we hope you bring: - Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR. - KQL skills and experience building queries. - A relevant qualification or work experience relevant to the role. - A good understanding of security fundamentals, networking and common operating systems. - An analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills. - Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good Finnish and English communication skills and the ability to produce technical documentation. We consider these an advantage: - Experience with other SIEM, SOAR, EDR, EPP or XDR solutions. - Experience developing detections, threat-hunting content or SOC automation. - Experience with API integrations, cloud or identity security. - Experience using AI tools. - Relevant cybersecurity certifications. - Previous experience in client work or consulting.
