Service Supervisor

Do you get excited about making a team function seamlessly and keeping customers satisfied?** At Siskon Siivous, service supervisors are holistically responsible for client accounts, support service coordinators, and ensure that customer expectations are met in the best possible way. **We are now looking for a service supervisor for the apartment special cleaning unit in the capital region** **What does your workday look like?** As our business grows, we are looking for a new service supervisor for our apartment special cleaning unit in the capital region. Work begins according to the agreement, possibly as early as August 17, 2026. Your work is independent, but we achieve the best results through teamwork. As a service supervisor, you are responsible for organizing and supervising cleaning work in your own service area. You act as a supervisor for service coordinators and employees, ensure the smooth progress of work, and interact actively with customers. You plan the cleaning work, ensure quality and operational reliability, and maintain the profitability and efficiency of the sites. Additionally, you are responsible for shift planning, personnel administration tasks, quality audits, planning periodic work, and confirming invoicing and salaries. Our Uusimaa regional office is located in Konala, Helsinki, and customer sites are located throughout the capital region. **You will succeed in your work if you have:** - Previous experience as a supervisor or foreman in at least one of the following areas: hotel cleaning, special cleaning, or apartment cleaning - A degree in the cleaning industry - Good organizational and interaction skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Fluent skills in Finnish and English; other language skills are a plus - Up-to-date IT skills - Driving license (B), as the job requires traveling between sites **Why join us?** With us, you get responsibility, but you are not left alone.
