We are looking for TIG and MIG specialists for several of our clients in the KantaHäme region – both those at the start of their careers and experienced professionals who can read and interpret customer drawings. Job description: The work consists of TIG and MIG welding for various steel structures. Daily tasks focus on material thicknesses of 3–10 millimeters, and the majority of the work is done on mild steel, which accounts for about 95 percent of all materials handled, though there is also a small amount of special steels that bring variety to the work and occasionally require a slightly different approach. We expect from you: * Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding * Ability to read and interpret work drawings * Precision and a careful approach to work * Teamwork skills and initiative * Valid occupational safety card and hot work permit * Ability to work in shifts * Own car for commuting to the workplace Considered an advantage: * Welding certifications Salary is based on skills and experience, ranging between 15 and 19 € / h. The employment is initially a fixed-term contract with full hours, after which there is a possibility of direct employment with our client.
