You translate complex customer business processes into modern cloud and artificial intelligence powered solutions across D365 Customer Engagement and Field Service. You guide customers through designing and implementing business applications that streamline operations, enhance agent and frontline experiences, and create durable value. You connect business and technical stakeholders, shaping architectures that are resilient, secure, and ready to scale. By combining your technical depth with business acumen, you help customers realize measurable outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND proven experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Field Service,Dataverse, PowerPlatform, cloud technologies, information technology consulting/support, software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Belgium is € 72,300.00 - € 122,000.00 per year.
