In this role you will handle annual maintenance of initial extinguishing equipment and smoke extraction systems, annual inspections of civil defense shelters, and installation and repair of fire barriers. You will work in a variety of settings, such as industrial and commercial properties. Your worksites are located in the Uusimaa region. Your shift is weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30 (40 h/week). The employment is full-time and permanent. Start date by agreement. The position pays at least the wage under the Talotekniikka industry LVI collective agreement (18.52 €/h) plus possible overtime allowances and possible qualification allowance based on completed qualification. What we expect: at least 1 year of relevant experience; a B-class driving license for manual transmission; ability to work independently and safely; fluent in Finnish; valid safety card; proactive, precise and safe work style; excellent service mindset and ability to organize work with client and team; clean background check per security screening law (726/2014).
