Your responsibilities Maintain, analyze, and develop spare parts installed base data to support customer digitalization initiatives, digital platforms, and eCommerce solutions. Contribute to process improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through high-quality data management. Support the development of Valmet’s digitalization roadmap by providing data, insights, and expertise for business development initiatives, including AI-related projects. Collaborate with sales teams, technology experts, IT developers, and other stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business and customer needs. Drive continuous improvement of data quality, system structures, and product lifecycle information management processes. Expectations for you You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a technical field related to information management, data quality, engineering, or a similar discipline. You are comfortable working with broad and complex data sets and have experience with tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, SolidWorks PDM, or COMOS. You understand data structures and information management processes, with knowledge of system integrations considered an advantage. Experience with AI-enabled business tools, digitalization projects, or advanced analytics is seen as a benefit. You have strong communication skills and can work effectively with stakeholders in a global organization. Good Finnish and English language skills are required.
