Do you want to take the compliance and corporate responsibility operations of an international health technology group to the next level? Compliance and Corporate Responsibility Manager We are looking for a Compliance and Corporate Responsibility Manager for Planmeca Group to be responsible for the group's compliance and sustainability work. In your role, you will be responsible for the group's compliance and corporate responsibility operations and the development of related operating models. Your goal is to ensure high-level compliance in the group, support the business in a changing regulatory environment and develop the group's sustainability in a way that supports the business. You will work in close cooperation with management, businesses, support functions and international stakeholders. You have a key role in strengthening best practices related to sustainability within the group. You will succeed in the task if you are able to build confidential relationships with different stakeholders and can communicate even demanding compliance and sustainability themes clearly and from a business perspective. The task is located in the group's financial organization and you report to the CFO. Key areas of responsibility are: • Ensure the compliance of the group's operations in relation to national and international regulation. • CSRD sustainability reporting including the development of processes and systems and data collection. • Develop reporting, metrics and monitoring practices. • Coordinate the implementation of ESG and sustainability programs. • Be responsible for the planning and implementation of compliance and sustainability training. • Act as an advisor to management and businesses in compliance and risk management issues. We expect from you: • A suitable higher education degree (e.g. law, business administration, finance or accounting). • Experience in compliance, corporate responsibility, ESG or risk management tasks in an international operating environment. • Experience in sustainability reporting. • Ability to combine regulatory requirements with practical business needs. • Excellent skills in Finnish and English Experience in trade compliance, risk management or the healthcare regulatory environment is considered an advantage.
